    Default Overlay install with pics.

Well I spent about 45 minuets trying to remove the black plastic surrond on the fog light. I could pry it some but if it comes out it takes more force then I was willing to apply. I then pulled three screws out of the bottom engine cover and one out of the inner fender cover to see it from behind. I coundn't get a good enough look to see if there are any screws holding it in. So I changed tactics and made a paper copy of the overlays to see how hard it would be to apply them from the front while still in the car. For whatever reason when I came back outside I went over to the right light. At this point I noticed that what I had thought was a splattered bug was instead a hole in the lens and a broken light bulb. So I can't install the overlays today and I need to order a new lens. Looks like I'll have to remove the bumper anyway.

Anybody found a cheap place to order a replacement lens? Since I'll be removing the bumper I'll also get a service manual to walk me though it. Yeah.

So I received my overlays today and saw your post and thought, this is gonna consume some time, I look at the fog lights and decided it to installed them without removing anything and took me about 10 minutes on each side, cleaned them, spray them with soapy water, more water than soap, sprayed the overlay adhesive side and laid it on top of the lens, squigee the crap out of it, placed it were I finally wanted it and blow dried until you see new bubbles coming out and squigee out again and a final blow dry.

So how blue are they with the lights on ? I did this on a car once and got pulled right away. Very illegal.

That's cool of you to offer. I would hate to mess it up. So I was going to copy it at Kinkos but was told they wouldn't let me because its copyrighted. So instead I'm going to buy one of those cd versions off e-bay. Anyone tried this? Is it crap?
